Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per customer; team seats are not included in the current plans.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo) renew monthly until cancelled via the customer portal.
• Plan limits (projects, keywords, samples, history) are enforced automatically; over-limit requests are rejected.
• Refunds: [30-day no-questions-asked refund placeholder]. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace period before downgrade.

3. Acceptable use

You may only monitor domains and brands you own or are authorized to analyze. You must not use the Service to spam health checks, circumvent quotas, or resell raw API access. We may suspend accounts that abuse free checks or exceed fair-use limits.

4. Measurement disclaimer

AI answers are non-deterministic. The Service samples model APIs multiple times and reports a measured distribution - it does not claim to reproduce any individual user's chat session, and scores may vary between runs and providers. Provider pricing or policy changes may affect which models are monitored.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your project data and reports. We retain all rights to the Service, software and brand. Third-party model outputs are subject to the respective providers' terms.

6. Liability & termination

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. You may terminate at any time by cancelling; we may terminate for material breach after notice.
