Billing & methodology FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Your data stays available read-only afterwards.
How exactly do you measure visibility?
Each keyword is sampled multiple times per model per day. Visibility score = mean(mention rate × 0.6 + first-mention position score × 0.4) across keywords. We use official model APIs with neutral prompts - multi-sample averaging keeps results stable despite AI non-determinism.
What counts as a sample?
One sample = one prompt sent to one AI model, with the parsed answer stored. Example: Starter with 10 keywords × 3 models × 2 samples/day = up to 60 samples per day.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes - Stripe issues invoices automatically, and you can manage billing details and VAT IDs from the customer portal.
What happens when I hit my plan limits?
You cannot add more projects or keywords than your plan allows. You can disable unused keywords to free up slots, or upgrade instantly - new limits apply from the next run.
Is there really a free option?
Yes: one free AI visibility check per email per month (3 keywords × 3 models), with a public report link valid for 30 days. No credit card required.
